The Children's Center
WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF
A. Martini & Co. renovated a two-story, 14,000 square foot building for The Children’s Center, the preschool on Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf’s 19 acre campus. The Center offers classrooms featuring state of the art technology systems to enhance learning activities and a common meeting area including an overhead track featuring a moving miniature train. Outside, A. Martini & Co. built a “Quiet Garden” and a large outside playground with a climbing wall and slides. more >>
Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf
Since 1999, A. Martini & Co. has worked in a partnering relationship with Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. A. Martini & Co. has renovated the Special Studies Department with minimal diruption to the students. A. Martini & Co. also built a Learning Center, auditorium, classrooms, training facility, Math and Science Technology Building, living areas, television studio and offices. (Approximate total of work equals $10 million.). more >>
